Sarah Patel, PA-C

Lead Injector + Managing Partner

Sarah is a native Chicagoan. She began her career as a clinical dietitian with a focus in nutrition support. As a result of her experience working in the surgical ICU, at the age of 30 she moved to North Carolina to begin her graduate training to become a physician assistant. She graduated at the top of her class in 2013 and moved back home to Chicago in 2015. Sarah has previously practiced adult and pediatric neurosurgery, neurointerventional radiology, but made the switch to aesthetics in 2016.
Sarah has a passion for procedures and anatomy. She has performed thousands of injectable treatments in her career and has also been a trainer for multiple providers entering the field. Building a great rapport with her patients to develop a treatment plan based on their goals is her primary objective with any encounter, but always hopes for the potential of developing long-lasting relationships in the process.

Crystal Medina, FNP-BC

Aesthetic Injector

Crystal is a Chicago native. Prior to aesthetics she practiced emergency medicine/urgent care. Crystal loves a challenging work environment, performing procedures and thinking critically. She has been intrigued by aesthetic medicine for a long time. Her aesthetic philosophy is to maintain a conservative approach to enhance your natural appearance. Her favorite part of being an injector is helping people feel strong and confident. “Aesthetics isn’t about changing the way we look, it’s about feeling your best!”

Suzanne Amaro, FNP-C

Aesthetic Injector

Suzanne is a board certified family nurse practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a native Texan and misses her Texas barbecue! She moved with her family to Chicago in 2015 and has quickly called it her new home. 

Graduating from nursing school as a RN in 2005, Suzanne went on to earn her Masters in Nursing and ultimately earned her certification in family practice as a Nurse Practitioner. She spent most of her early career in the emergency department and found her passion in the aesthetics and wellness industry in 2018. 

Suzanne has a passion for wellness medicine which includes optimizing hormone levels, weight loss management and injectable treatments. She has taken countless hours of continuing education in the aesthetics field and continues to be passionate about learning. She loves meeting new patients, listening to their concerns and developing a plan that meets their goals. “I love nothing more than to see the joy on my patient’s face when I’ve given them a boost of confidence without altering their natural appearance.”

Kat Bacso, LE

Lead Aesthetician + Laser Specialist

Kat is a board certified esthetician and laser technician of nearly a decade. After struggling with painful hormonal acne as a teen and young adult, she dove into the world of skin care. She likes to focus on an aggressive, result driven treatment, while simultaneously providing a relaxing and comforting experience. She has worked as a trainer to many new estheticians entering the field, and has led many to success. She has extensive experience and knowledge with lasers, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, body contouring, and other esthetic/clinical treatments. She believes that regular professional treatments, a solid home regimen, and good internal health are all key for beautiful glowing skin. She can't wait to meet you and enhance your beauty!

Jasmyne Gooden

Jasmyne is our newest Aesthetic Liaison and EMSCULPT technician. A recent graduate of the Aesthetics program at G Skin & Beauty Institute, she offers a wealth of knowledge in regards to skin care, health and wellness. With years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry Jasmyne provides an amazing customer experience in an efficient and effective manner. Fitness is a huge part of Jasmyne’s life and she loves the muscle toning effects of EMSCULPT. Passionate about helping others look and feel their best, she loves seeing the powerful results EMSCULPT provides patients and the immediate confidence they gain when they look and feel their best!

Anthony Papagikos

Owner/President of Opulence Chicago

Anthony Papagikos brings collaborative research and education to the aesthetics space in addition to the development and distribution of new products. He aims to develop and implement cutting-edge beautification technology in the unique clinical setting of Opulence Chicago. 
Anthony has held various positions in some of the largest diagnostic companies in the United States and operated multiple healthcare startups. His work prior to Opulence Chicago was focused primarily in the diagnostics and biotech space, allowing him to secure exclusive contracts in the realm of medical distribution. Anthony has been able to use this experience to travel and source the best aesthetic equipment and technology. As a result, he now provides Opulence patients with incredible, effective services, and referring physicians with premiere education, working under the highest levels of compliance.
