Policies & Service Expectations
Late Arrival Policy: We understand that things come up and life can sometimes be unpredictable! All we ask is that you let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment by calling us at 312-340-5948 or texting us at 773-839-5511. We honor a 10 minute grace-period to account for unexpected circumstances. After 10 minutes, we unfortunately cannot guarantee treatment and the possibility of your appointment needing to be rescheduled is likely.
Same-Day Cancellations, Reschedules and Missed Appointments: Opulence Chicago requires a 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide this notice would result in a $75 fee.
Return Policy (Skin Care Products): You may exchange your product or return your product for store credit for up to 14 days after purchase.
Children & Minors: For the safety and all parties, children under the age of 16 are not permitted into treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in our waiting areas. Patients ages 16-17 will require a parent or guardian consent and must be present during consultation and first appointment.
